SMS Terms

These terms cover optional booking text messages from Mose Adkins, doing business as PeerlessNC Haul & Delivery.

Booking notifications

When you select the optional SMS consent checkbox in the quote form, you agree to receive booking confirmation and payment-link messages at the phone number you provide. Messages include the owner-confirmed date and time, accepted price, and your request-specific checkout link. Submitting a request alone does not confirm a booking or authorize a charge.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your booking requests. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may request service without opting into SMS.

Stopping or restarting messages

Reply STOP to +18554912722 to stop messages from that sender. Reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in. You may receive a confirmation of your choice. Opting out of texts does not cancel an existing booking; call us to discuss booking changes.

Reply HELP for messaging help, or call 737-337-5377 for service assistance. Text delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. For time-sensitive questions, please call.
